Sunrise Brands, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Sales Assistant for their contemporary womenswear apparel brands.POSITION SUMMARYThe Sales Assistant will be a key role based in our New York Office. The candidate for this role is a dynamic, autonomous person,who is self-sufficient and comfortable in a fast paced, demanding environment. The sales assistant position will bridge the link between design, production and sales, and will be responsible for sales support on all aspects of customer related administrativetasks, will own sample management, showroom set up, NuOrder linesheet creation, image coordination, appointment scheduling,drop ship product creation, and master style log auditing.PARTNERS WITH:VP SalesProductionDesignOperationsCustomer ServiceMISMarketingESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:? Work cross functionally with design, production and sales.? Support sales team during market with appointment scheduling, sample coordination, tradeshow prep, and market prep.? Support with all aspects of market including, showroom set up and maintenance, linesheet creation and appointmentscheduling.? Ensure showrooms are well presented and maintained on a daily basis.? Process all RTVs or swap paperwork.? Organise and enter specialty store reorders and process seasonal orders via NuOrder.? Drive and lead brand timelines and own end to end auditing of style/product data integrity across PLM, ERP and NuOrder Systems.? Own sample check in and showroom set up of collections prior to market.? Oversee and manage linesheet creation, Image Upload and overall NuOrder management.? Oversee drop ship product creation and template creation.? Communicate assortment adds, changes, drops to the cross functional teams (CFT).? Understand competitive environment; proactively see market knowledge through exposure to competitive retail outlets.? Partner with supervisor to develop and execute seasonal strategies that meet and exceed the needs of the business.? Work with vendors and production team to manage the timely procurement of samples for sales team and marketing collateral.? Ad hoc style / classification analysis.? Participate in and/or conduct meetings and presentations in various formats - formal and informal, planned and impromptu.WHO YOU ARE:1+ years sales assistant experienceHighly Detail Orientated and OrganizedSelf motivatedCreative problem-solverCollaborative, team player who can work across the organization to accomplish shared goalsStrong knowledge of apparel product & industryStrong interpersonal, communication, presentation skillsStrong understanding of NuOrder and ExcelWORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:This job will require that you work from our office in New York, 5 days per week during standard office hours.
