The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and should be passionate about creating meaningful client.Compensation:Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000Variable Incentive Pay: $100,000 - $200,000Comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growthLocations: New York, Washington DC, Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Chicago - includes travel to NYC and client sites monthly.Skills and Qualifications:2+ years of experience in Salesforce solution selling, preferably for a partner or an MSP.Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystemProven ability to build relationships with decision-makers and C-suite executivesExperience using Salesforce or similar tools for lead and opportunity managementProactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value to clientsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Experience working in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment (preferred)Role Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients for Salesforce implementation services using various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Data SourcesDevelop tailored marketing strategies to communicate value propositionQualify leads, manage opportunities, and guide prospects through the sales processContinually relationships within the Salesforce ecosystemUnderstand client challenges and offering aligned solutionsPartner with internal teams to ensure seamless sales-to-delivery transitionsSuccessfully meet quotasExecute personalized email campaigns and cold-callConsistently secure on-site meetings with prospects as part of daily performance targetsOscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
