Leading law firm with a national practice is seeking a Professional Liability Associate Attorney for their New York City office to assist in defending claims of legal mal-practice and lawsuits against professionals.Qualifications:Admitted to practice in the State of New York2+ years of experience in civil litigationDeposition and trial preparation experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsResponsibilities:Make court appearances and depositionsManage or support caseload from inception through dispositive motion, mediation, negotiated resolution, or trialWork closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projectsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsBase salary range 125k-170k (Negotiable DOE), Bonuses & Benefits including:Professional development programs including in-house CLE and National Attorney Training, Generous PTO plan, 401k Match.
