Common reasons for referral include ADHD,behavior regulation challenges, anxietyOCD, selective mutism, parenting skills, divorce, transition to schooland a need for higher-level behavior management in the home/or school settingWe are looking for a clinicianwho is incredibly well-trained and skilled in treatments for these areas. We would love to expand our team's clinical breadth of expertise with a new team member who specializes in fields of practice that would strengthen or diversify the services we can provide. If your values align with our commitment to providing exceptional treatment to children and families, fostering a supportive professional community, and affirming diversity, equity, and inclusion within our practice, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:Minimum of two years of experience in either a clinical or private settingHold a New York State psychology license by the beginning of employmentExceptional clinical skills in the area of evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents and their familiesPrior experience in consulting with school staff and conducting classroom observationsDemonstrated experience with professional writing as well as with public speakingMotivated self-starter with great attitude, flexibility, and enterprising spiritAbility to work under pressure to prioritize and manage workload, manage simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines within a fastpaced and changing environmentStrong teamwork ethicwith a positive, flexible attitude; ability to take complete ownership of responsibilitiesFlexibility with work schedule to meet productivity goals and deadlinesTeam player and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsWillingness to commute to our Greenwich office once a week.Preferred clinical experiences, skills, or qualities include:Well-trained in CBT and other evidence-based treatmentsCertified PCIT trainerSpecialization in treatments for Anxiety and OCDSpecialization in RO-DBT or DBTSpecialization in parent coaching or family therapyExperience providing groups for children and teensCompensation is a competitive percentage of gross income based on experience.
