Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst IIILocation: New York, NYDuration: 12 monthsHourly Pay Range: $70.00-$75.00 on w2SummaryThis Operations Manager will be responsible to understand the needs of the existing and new channels, defining the initial setup for the development of processes and tools required by the expanding Sales Teams, ensuring the needed data sources, reporting, CRM requirements are met. You will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment working across Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Channel Operations, Channel Marketing, Marcom and at the same time, working with our internal cross functional teams.ResponsibilitiesDefining core planning processes, developing core documents, KPIs and rhythm of business of the telco channelSupporting the Sales Operations Lead to manage the Sales rhythm of businessCo-ordinating Account Reviews and partner meetings ensuring all XFN teams are briefed, prepared and ready for a smooth deliverySupport in planning the forecasting cycleSupport in creating the weekly newsletter, making sure all main Sales updates are captured, as well as those coming from the cross-functional teamSupporting the Sales Operations Lead with the Integrated Channel Planning process to ensure global alignment whilst yet meeting the EMEA regional needsManaging/facilitating key retail meetings and supporting Sales ManagersMinimum Qualifications10+ years' experience in Sales Operations/Enablement role.Experience working in large Sales organizations and Tech companies.Demonstrated presentation skills both in person and through expression.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics or related.Preferred QualificationsMBA.Additional languages.Experience with a challenger/new business technology that may have changed the way people, connect, work, and socialize.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
