With a special focus on RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), we target high-value industries such as pharmaceutical, legal, and finance, offering modularized RAG technologies to deliver customized solutions for clients.LinkedIn:ResponsibilitiesCloud Engineering & DeploymentArchitect, deploy and maintain secure, scalable cloud environments capable of supporting 1,000+ concurrent users and high-traffic demands.Develop replicable VPC architecturestailored for individual enterprise clients, ensuring seamless and secure deployment.Implement advanced autoscaling strategies to handle dynamic workload requirements.Oversee teams of forward-deployed engineers embedded at client companies, ensuring successful and secure deployment of tailored solutions.Build and optimize model-serving pipelines with an emphasis on efficiency, autoscaling, and low-latency performance.DevOps & Backend InfrastructureEnsure production-grade code readiness with a focus on security, performance, and operational integrityManage and optimize databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Milvus) for efficient query handling, sharding, and secure credential management.Enhance logging, metrics, and observability systems to support real-time monitoring and troubleshootingKey Skill SetsGeneral Qualifications (Required)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.2+ years of proven experience in cloud architecture, network systems, and scalable infrastructure development.Strong understanding of major cloud service providers, especially AWS.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Cloud Engineering & Deployment (Required)Extensive experience in cloud engineering with a focus on the deployment of large-scale applicationsExpertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and other relevant tools, with a strong emphasis on secure and reliable cloud environments.Advanced knowledge of network architecture and VPC design for multi-tenant, enterprise-grade solutions.Proven experience handling autoscaling and building systems to manage dynamic traffic spikesDevOps & Backend Infrastructure (Highly Recommended)Solid experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).Proficiency in database management and sharding for large-scale data systems.Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for performance monitoring and debuggingThe compensation for this full-time position is between 140k - 350k including bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
