ArcGIS Engineer

Our client, a major utility company in NYC is seeking an ArcGIS Engineer on a long term contracting basis. This is a hybrid position and will require onsite work 2-3 days per week in NYCRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide development and technical support to the ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, (C#).Support client applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBAQUALIFICATIONS:5-10 years of experience in administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications5-10 years of experience in administrating and supporting ArcFM applicationsDevelopment and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript (C#).Experience in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt.Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.Troubleshooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.Additional Skills:Utility Experience (Plus): Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives.Windows servers knowledge and experiencesFME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Job ID # 80066
