We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join Microsoft's Silicon Engineering Systems Validation Team. This team pioneers the development of cutting-edge ASIC prototyping projects, enabling groundbreaking advancements in silicon engineering. In this role, you will provide FPGA debugging support for firmware development and potentially contribute to Verilog RTL development based on project requirements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop prototyping and FPGA systems in preparation for silicon arrival.Conduct functional tests to verify system performance.Support firmware development through advanced FPGA debugging.Qualification:10+ years of overall experience in hardware design or related fields.5+ years of FPGA programming experience using Verilog.3+ years of experience working with embedded microprocessor systems.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).Key Skills:Expertise in FPGA design and debugging.Strong knowledge of Verilog, C, and assembly languages.Experience with embedded microprocessor systems.Exceptional attention to detail and collaborative team working skills.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proficiency with Synopsys HAPS systems.Strong background in debugging (10+ years).Hands-on experience with lab testing and validation processes.About BrickRed Systems:BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
