Assistant Property Manager - Manhattan PortfolioLuxury real estate owner/operator is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to work alongside a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations a portfolio of luxury condo properties in Manhattan.Candidates should have at least 2 years' experience as an APM or Property Assistant, working on condo or co-op properties.Responsibilities:Work alongside the Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee day-to-day property operationsMaintain resident and owner relations, ensuring all needs are met and complaints are handled in a timely mannerAssist Senior Portfolio Manager with compliance deadlines, reporting and ad hoc projectsPrepare board of directors/managers monthly meeting packages, prepare annual meeting paperworkHandle chargebacks on invoices to be paid for by shareholders/unit owners/tenantsMaintain meeting minutes and building filesAssist in managing special and regular projects for clients, which may include capital improvements, repairs, etc.Manage the accounts payable and receivable process, tenant files and review tenant accounts for arrearsPrepare and distribute memos and notices to residents and ownersAct as a liaison with 3rd party vendors, contractors and the DOBWork to ensure the building remains compliant, all violations are removed, and the building is up to codeAssist potential owners and residents with board packages to be sent to the boardRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience with residential propertiesStrong written and communication skillsBackground in property managementYardi knowledge/experience a plusCompensation: $65,000 - 75,000 plus bonus, additional compensation for board meeting attendance, comprehensive health benefits, and other valuable perks.The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity, and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration to: nlipari@If this particular role isn't the ideal fit, please feel free to forward your resume to the email above to explore other available opportunities.
