Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal precedents to support case strategy and ensure thorough preparation ?? Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court rules ?? Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings. Additionally, conduct depositions and attend mediation or settlement conferences as part of the litigation process ???
