This company is committed to excellence and continuous improvement, delivering top-tier products and services to their clients.Position Overview:The company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within the manufacturing sector, with a particular focus on printing processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards and operations comply with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and systems.Overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance within the manufacturing process.Leading and managing a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO9001 & ISO14001, GMP).Preparing and presenting quality reports and performance metrics to senior management.Managing customer complaints and working towards swift resolution and satisfaction.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the printing industry.Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in quality management software and tools.Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.
