Growing Pharma company looking for a Financial AnalystTrack, evaluate, and respond to opportunities/customer requests/bids for assigned retail or institutional customer accountsManage entire bid process from start to finish including NDC assignments, ability to supply requests, review new opportunities or price challenges, and post-mortemsCreate P&L opportunity analyses and propose pricing recommendation to teamProvide pricing communications to our 3PL and rebate processor regarding price changes on a timely basisPrepare customer or internal presentations with business analyticsAct as the communication liaison between supply chain and the sales teamOversee contract and customer management with 3PLs - setting up/changing contracts, rebates, terms, assigning members, & reviewing data discrepanciesReview chargeback discrepancies, monthly cost of price verification, and verification of PADER salesAdditional Duties & ResponsibilitiesTrack pricing metrics and provide analysis, as requestedWork with Customer Service regarding purchase ordersAssist in pricing development and pricing activity for new product launchesAssist with customer compliance and customer trendsProvide ad hoc analytic support for customers, products, and growth initiativesProvide reports and sales data to the team as requestedEvaluate market share and provide meaningful analysis on changes in the marketCompetencies/Career levelCustomer oriented, teamwork and communication, adaptability/flexibility, Analytical mindset, cost/benefit mindset.Requirements and personal skillsEducation: BA in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or similar field.Experience (years/area): 1 - 3 years of experience in analytics or strategy role, generic pharmaceuticals preferredSpecific Knowledge: Strong skills in Excel including modeling, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of generic pharmaceutical industry preferred. Familiarity with IQVIA and pricing databases is a plus.Travel: Not required. Occasional travel may be possible.Personal skills: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills, capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment, team player. Candidate must demonstrate organization and time management skills with a strong attention to detail to balance and manage multiple tasks. Ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to retain information and quickly grasp new concepts.S
