You'll work closely with clients and candidates, ensuring that the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles, particularly within finance.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future client needs.Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements.Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.Provide guidance and insights to candidates about the job market and recruitment process.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the finance industry.Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.Strong understanding of finance-related technical roles and requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for high-level finance positions such as quant analysts, developers, or risk management roles.Familiarity with the challenges of hiring within the financial services industry.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Flexible work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive, collaborative team culture.
