They are the truest expression of humanity and of creativity and, as such, are fundamental to us.Who You are: The Store Planning team is responsible for translating the vision of Solomeo into new physical spaces. The Project Manager works closely with their team and outside vendors to bring concept to reality and ensure our stores are inspiring, luxurious, and welcoming to all guests that come through the door. What You'll Do:Support Development and Construction of Brunello Cucinelli new retail and concession stores in the US and CanadaCoordinate and maintain the budgeting and schedule for each projectCoordinate with general contractor bid, millworker bid, supplied materials inventoriesEvaluate construction documents and validated correctness of plans to minimize construction costsTravel for construction site walk through for site evaluation and punch listDesign and prototype for new fixtures to be used in the office and storesResponsible for technical support regarding lights, electric mechanical and plumbing systemsCoordinate with internal Visual Team on project schedule and new shop opening merchandising operationsAccountable for providing updates for all projects in and clear concise matterWork on projects as assigned and be able to translate the brand image and concept into immersive store experiencesCreate interior drawings and full architectural packages utilizing AutoCAD and other drafting softwareDesign store interiors, fixturing, millwork, and related items that are representative of the brand aesthetic and reflect to the geographic area that they are locatedSupport the creation of presentations for Senior Leadership and other stakeholders to represent plans for new store openings and remodels Partner with vendors to understand project feasibility and avoid delays and unexpected expendituresRecord and maintain accuracy of project and material costingPartner with local engineers to ensure building and design meet local regulationsEnsure vendors are meeting promised deadlines Stakeholders are updated with progress and any potential delaysUpdate architectural drawings and plans (such as MEP and Millwork) throughout the process to ensure they meet project and safety requirementsQualifications:Bachelor degree in Architecture or relevant field 3-5 years of relevant experience Prior professional use of AutoCAD and other 3D rendering programs Experience creating architectural drawings (from development of general plans to more detailed drawings including MEP systems etc.) Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects while maintaining a high attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results.Thrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company.Adaptable and comfortable with change.Convey positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems.Ability to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining confident direction.Team player who can thrive in a relationship driven environment.Passionate, driven, and motivated by product.Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.)Ability to work in a growing and entrepreneurial team environment.EEOCBrunello Cucinelli is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000-$85,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
