We are actively looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead and develop client relationships and act as the single point of contact within existing named accounts. This includes:Account Mining- Develop business and achieve revenue targets by growing the existing revenue base and hunting for new business within the assigned accountsBuild, generate and close opportunities pipelineManage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and SOW signingManage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships and expand client and project portfolio beyond current opportunitiesBuild strong client relationships and establish trust with all key client contacts to uncover new opportunitiesExtensively prepare for client meetings, including producing sales and marketing materials as neededProactively reach out to clients in order to keep up the relationship and drive new business opportunitiesManage multiple client engagements and ensure expectations are reasonable and clearly defined in the scope of workAt InRhythm you will:Own the development of mission critical enterprise productsSet your own goals, with the resources provided to achieve themWork in an environment that sparks creativity and ingenuityEarn uncapped commissions with multiple acceleratorsWho you are:You lead by example and strive to raise the bar for those around youYou love to learn and are excited to teachYou're adaptable and welcome ambiguity with open armsYou're passionate about the latest technologies and building cutting-edge productsRequirements:7+ years of sales experience in an enterprise-level software sales role or other high-ticket IT consultative selling roleExperience in managing customer relationships and growing accounts within the Financial Services domainDemonstrated understanding of professional services best practices and a customer first mentalityExcellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building skills, negotiation skills and the ability to establish trust and credibilityMust be a self-starter who can learn on the job with minimal oversightAbility to deal with an extreme level of confidentiality in dealing with all informationAbility to thrive in a small, fast, uber-collaborative environmentExperience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response managementExperience working with VP and CxO levelExperience in Digital Transformation is a plus.Experience working in a Professional Services firm with a proven track record of growing client accountsWhy Work at InRhythm?People at InRhythm are entrepreneurs and innovators at heart and problem solvers who find new ways to overcome challenges. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on level and position offered.
