This role will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of LES Collection's e-commerce business, including managing new content, maintaining the product catalog, resolving website-related issues, and reporting on key metrics.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day oversight of our eCommerce Shopify website, i) ensuring all content is up to date and delivered in the best possible way, ii) managing the online product catalogs and images, and iii) proposing continuous optimizationsWork cross-functionally (product, creatives) to execute on timely launch of new product and promotional content across all channels - e.g., website, social media, email, and SMSProactively identify and resolve website-related issues in collaboration with web developerConduct website analytics for weekly/monthly tracking and reporting on key metricsSupport the CEO and COO with seasonal planning, calendar development, and various strategic initiativesQualificationsShopify experience required (minimum 2 years; 3+ years preferred)Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage various stakeholders and deliver simultaneous projects on timePrevious copywriting experience is a plusPrevious CIN7/inventory system experience is a plusTeam player with a positive, go with the flow attitudeCurious by nature and always looking for ways to innovate and improveHighly adaptable to a changing, startup environmentSelf-motivated, results and solution orientedCan commute ~3 times/week to Brooklyn (Gowanus / Park Slope area)
