We are committed to providing quality services that reflect integrity and excellence to support our clients' design teams.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Engineer at Integrity Engineering Solutions, LLC. The role involves tasks such as structural analysis, detailing of connections and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software. The position is based in Fort Worth, TX and the employee must be able to work in the office.QualificationsThe employee must have the following:Working knowledge of Structural Analysis of beams, columns and foundationsAbility to create a building calculation package and bring a project to permit docmentsExpertise in Structural Engineering detailing of load pathAbility to manage a site-adapt prototype progamProficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) - AutoCAD and REVIT preferredStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license is a plus and EIT with application pending for PE is a mustThe applicant will work under the supervision of senior engineers. Work will include the following:Writing reports for projectsCompleting permit construction documents for projectsCompleting structural calculation packages for municipality reviewSite visits to determine existing conditions or to verify new constructionAttending virtual meetings to kick off projectsPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe employee will work regularly in a normal office setting three or four days a week and will work from home the remainder of the week. A total of 40 hours per week is the minimum requirement. While performing the duties of this position the employee requires mobility, sight and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing. The employee must be able to use a computer keyboard and mouse. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision ad the ability to adjust focus. The noise level of the work environment is low to moderate.Supervisory ResponsibilityThe project team will include work with interns and the employee will help guide their development. The work will include responsibility for multiple ongoing projects and the responsibility to complete projects on time.
