If so, we have a great, challenging and dynamic work environment for you.We are currently searching for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.OVERALL JOB SUMARRY In this role, you will play a key part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and bilingual in Korean and English (preferred), with a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and HR processes.CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and define role requirementsCreate, manage, and update job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boardsIdentify, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various recruitment channelsProactively reach out to qualified candidates, share role details, and build strong candidate relationshipsConduct negotiations with selected candidates to finalize compensation packages, including salary and benefitsParticipate in the interview process, organize interview schedules, and set up interview logistics for candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate information and records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR systemsManage the onboarding process, including collecting and processing required documentation (I-9, W-4, etc.)Facilitate new hire orientation on their first day to introduce company policies, culture, and role expectationsSubmit approval requests for new positions and new hiresAct as a liaison between Korea HQ and Regional HQ regarding hiringInput new hire information on HRIS.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredAt least 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisitionBilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsDetail-oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy in managing informationHands-on, proactive, and able to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Be able to travel to other states and foreign countriesBe able to work after business hours when requiredBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, AD&D, FSA, 401K, and generous PTOs/ paid holidaysJob Type: Full-time, Non-exempt, regularJob Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJBusiness Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
