The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to the program such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have exceptional communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams as well as stakeholders and policymakers. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.ResponsibilitiesDevelop timelines, budget, teams and plan for the programEnsure program aligns with state and federal guidelines and the overall missionAnticipate and solve any problems related to the programSet long-term goals and align with community needsFacilitate communication between relevant teamsBuild relationships with community organizers and policymakersQualificationsA degree in early childhood educations, public administration or related fieldMaster's Degree preferredProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExceptional communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsProven track record in program management and leadership in the education or nonprofit sectorCompetency in managing budgets, data and timelines
