This role is essential in fostering a positive work environment, driving the Center's growth, and building strong connections within the community.Your Role as Operations ManagerLeadership & Team DevelopmentFoster an inclusive, ethical work environment aligned with our mission and values.Manage day-to-day staff operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development.Act as a liaison between employees and support departments to address concerns and maintain compliance.Scheduling & Resource AllocationCoordinate staff schedules, assign caseloads, and manage room assignments to achieve operational goals.Ensure timely processing of scheduled hours and adherence to attendance expectations.Client Onboarding & SatisfactionLead the client intake process and ensure smooth onboarding for new families.Oversee insurance approvals and authorizations, ensuring they are up to date.Monitor client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with families to ensure accountability and quality outcomes.Business Development & Community OutreachEstablish and nurture relationships with referral sources such as physicians, psychologists, and social workers.Collaborate with marketing and client relations teams to grow our referral pipeline and meet growth objectives.Financial Oversight & Operational EfficiencyManage the Center's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.Use data analysis to make informed decisions and develop strategies to meet financial targets.Ensure accurate and timely client billing.Facility ManagementOversee the maintenance and daily operations of the Center, including vendor management (cleaning, HVAC, water, etc.).Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for staff and clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field5+ years of experience in operations management and leadershipExperience in healthcare, behavioral health preferredStrong financial and business acumenExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)What We OfferAt BrightPath, we value our Operations Managers as essential to our success and the well-being of the children we serve.
