RESEARCH ASSOCIATE - Long term contract in OHAbout the Role Manager needs candidates with Microtomy or Cryosectioning experience in a lab environment.Responsibilities 1+ years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting preferred.Microtomy or Cryosectioning skillsAbility to execute sample handling and analysis with strict adherence to laboratory methods and SOPs.Demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly across multiple parties, problem solve complex issues, and plan and develop new procedures or policies with initiative to complete all assignments.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, highly organized and able to work with great precision and attention to detail.Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.Proficiency with computer productivity software (i.e. Word, Excel, Freezerworks, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Qualifications AS/BS in scientific engineering degreeRequired Skills Microtomy and/or Cryosectioning experience. At least one of those has to have. Preferred Skills: Gene therapy, gene editing, operating of equipment in the histology lab, handling and organization of biological samples. Lab maintenance and compliant with GCP/GLP guidelines.
