This role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfactionDo YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes? To excel as an Operation Planner, you should have:Proven experience in production planning or supply chain management.Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a planning or logistics role.Experience in cosmetic manufacturing preferred.Responsibilities:Production Planning and SchedulingDevelop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment of schedules.Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.Resource ManagementAnalyze resource requirements and allocate materials and labor effectively.Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.Data Analysis and ReportingGenerate reports on production metrics, inventory levels, and resource utilization.Utilize data to forecast demand and identify areas for improvement.Stakeholder CollaborationServe as a liaison between various departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Address any production-related issues and work towards timely resolutions.Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Participate in cross-functional teams to support overall operational goals.Additional Requirements:Eligibility to work in the USA.Valid Driver's License.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Ability to travel as required.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance401K with matching programPaid Time Off ProgramFriendly and Open-Door cultureOur Mission:At HK Kolmar USA, our mission is to empower our customers' success by delivering superior manufacturing capabilities and tailored solutions that meet the highest industry standards.
