If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering outstanding service, we want you to join our team.Responsibilities:Manage every aspect of the customer lottery ticket order experience, ensuring accuracy and efficiency with each order and redemptionMaintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlesslyHandle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, live chats, and email communications to assist customers with inquiries and requests.Support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team's overall successComplete all related documentation and data entry to high standards and within the set time parameters.Creatively explore options, possibilities, and choices for customers.Ensure the provision of excellent customer service levels is maintained and exceeded.Adhere to quality parameters, procedures, and policies established by the Company.Develop and maintain a good knowledge of the Company's products, services, and systems.Comply with all company business processes, policies, and legislative requirements.Handle all client and customer contacts following the Company's defined standards while keeping customer and company details completely confidential from external and third parties.Requirements:1-3 years of customer service experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail.Time management skills.Working hours may vary.Weekends are a must!Bonus Points:Previous experience in the lottery industry.Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish) will be considered an asset.Our Benefits:Retirement PlanPaid time offCompetitive SalaryMedical, dental, and vision coverageMonthly happy hour!Ability to commute: Holmdel, NJ 07733Job Type: Full-time
