US Tax ManagerPosition OverviewThe US Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and reporting processes while providing strategic guidance on tax-related matters. This role focuses on ensuring alignment with GAAP and tax regulations, particularly in the manufacturing sector, and advising on tax implications of acquisitions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for the company.Ensure compliance with all US tax laws and regulations, including GAAP standards.Conduct tax research and provide analysis on various tax issues, including acquisitions.Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position and minimize liabilities.Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the companys operations.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance in financial statements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in US tax management, with a focus on compliance and reporting.Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry.Experience with tax implications surrounding acquisitions and corporate structuring.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and leadership abilities.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
