If you're ready to make an impact, this role is calling your name!ResponsibilitiesOversee compliance with export laws and regulations to ensure smooth operations.Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.Coordinate and arrange shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners.Negotiate contracts and rates to optimize shipping solutions.Track and manage shipment progress, addressing delays or issues proactively.Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain transparency on shipment updates.Offer insights and guidance on export compliance and regulatory requirements.QualificationsDegree in logistics, international trade, or a related field preferred.Experience in freight forwarding with Rails, Ocean, and Air shipping expertise.Knowledge of export compliance and customs regulations.Familiarity with Dangerous Goods handling and procedures.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.ALL RESUMES RECEIVED WILL REMAIN HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL AND NOT RELEASED TO ANYONE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.
