With a corporate statement committed to changing clothes, changing conventional wisdom and changing the world, FR and UNIQLO are dedicated to creating great clothing with new and unique value to enrich the lives of people everywhere.Job Responsibilities:Maintain UNIQLO's high creative standard by developing compelling editorial copy in compliance with brand and legal standards.Create, edit, and proofread site and marketing projects across channels to ensure accurate spelling, grammar, formatting, clarity, and legal compliance.Along with the copy team, develop and execute email, social, site, app, and in-store copy.Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and design teams to create cohesive, effective materials.Responsible for developing marketing copy for UNIQLO customer experiences and channels that reflect the brand's personality, voice, and positioning.Provide expertise to all marketing, brand and business partners to ensure that messaging meets project and business objectives.Check all files and proofs to ensure accurate copy from draft to customer.Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisorFrequent in person collaborationQualifications:Minimum 3 years of copywriting experience in fashion, editorial, ecommerce, retail, and or advertising.A highly motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of customers' needs, product, and the competitive landscape.Outstanding conceptual skills with deep knowledge of how copy relates to product, brand, design, graphics, and concept.A diverse portfolio that shows a range of digital work.Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, advertising, marketing, or comparable work experience.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong ability to multi-task, and to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing a consistently high level of attention to detail.Experience and passion for apparel fashion a strong plus.Ability to meet deadlines, while working both independently and as part of the team.Current knowledge of retail, marketing, and fashion editorial trends.Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally.Hourly rate: $40.00/hr. - $55.00/hr.
