Join us and become part of an inclusive team.Client OverviewOur client is looking to add a Bookkeeper to their team. This is an incredible opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a collaborative department in an important role. The Bookkeeper must be technically strong, team oriented, and have strong understanding of accounting principles.Salary/Hourly Rate$20/hr - $26/hrPosition OverviewThe Bookkeeper will join a dynamic Accounting department, reporting directly to the Controller, and primarily assisting in managing day-to-day financials. This ideal candidate for the Bookkeeper role will have working experience with the following type of income and expense categories: royalty payments, restaurant/hospitality revenues, trust, and personal finances.Responsibilities Of The Bookkeeper Process 100% of all accounting and finances for the business entities, as well as the personal finances for the trust. Provide support on all strategic financial decisions, give guidance, and serve as back-up to the Controller. Communicate daily with Senior Executives on the status of business and future projections. Weekly creation of Cash Flow reports. Process all AP and AR (full cycle). All general ledger and financial statement preparations. Intercompany reconciliations. Monthly credit card reconciliations. Biweekly processing of payroll - via Paychex. Work closely with suppliers and customers on product sales, royalty income, and expenses. Federal tax estimates for both business and trust. Track all contracts via Microsoft Excel and create a pipeline for revenue and cash receipt projections. Cost/Benefit analysis. Assist directly in new software implementation and upgrades for all system controls.Qualifications For The Bookkeeper Advanced Excel skills. Ability to analyze data at a high level and work with 3rd parties to reconcile accounts. Must be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Maintain professional appearance and manner to represent the brand.Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required.Benefits Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
