The project will consist of a 48K SQF hospital that is currently going through excavation and pouring with steel to follow projected to complete in Q2 2026. From there they will complete a renovation project: 3 stories + cellar in 5 phases to complete Q4 2027. The project design, procurement, and coordination have been completed so the priority for the role is execution. They will be in charge of overseeing building, mechanical, and electrical installation per the schedule, subcontractor management, conduct foreman meetings, and review change orders. Candidate will review project drawings and specifications.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Compensation: 55/hr - 70/hr
