This is a high-visibility role with significant impact, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and help shape the future of the firm's talent strategy.Responsibilities:Lead Full-Cycle RecruitmentOversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across multiple functions, including Investment, Operations, Risk, IT, and Corporate Services. Manage job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and execute innovative, effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates, particularly within the asset management and financial services industries.Collaborate with LeadershipPartner closely with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to understand team needs, business goals, and required skill sets, ensuring alignment with the firm's hiring strategy.Brand RepresentationServe as a brand ambassador for the firm, representing the organization at career fairs, networking events, and on social media to attract high-quality talent.Diversity & InclusionDrive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment to ensure a diverse slate of candidates and align with the firm's overall D&I goals.Candidate ExperienceDeliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, maintaining high standards of communication and engagement.Market ResearchStay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent pipelines within the asset management sector to keep the firm competitive in attracting top talent.Data-Driven InsightsUtilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies, identify areas for improvement, and present regular reports to senior leadership.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of junior recruiters, ensuring that recruitment processes are streamlined and effective.Requirements:ExperienceMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on asset management, financial services, or a related industry.Leadership SkillsProven ability to lead and manage a recruitment team and work effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.Industry KnowledgeDeep understanding of asset management, financial markets, and the skills and qualifications required across various functional areas in the industry.Sourcing & Recruiting ExpertiseStrong proficiency in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, as well as the ability to evaluate candidates based on technical and soft skills.Relationship ManagementStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors.Advanced Recruiting ToolsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics platforms.EducationBachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in the firm's Midtown Manhattan office, with a 5-day in-office work requirement.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and moreGenerous paid time off (PTO) and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and growthSE# 510697872
