Since inception, Capodagli Property Company has completed over half a billion dollars' worth of development, construction, and management projects.Position Overview:The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and tenant acquisition for Meridia's growing portfolio of properties. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of the company's value proposition. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in real estate marketing, particularly within the multifamily sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support property launches, leasing goals, and corporate branding.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and market needs.Manage SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and website content to drive engagement and leads.Analyze and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.Work closely with the property management teams to maintain a strong community brand presence.Coordinate with the Asset Management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, media partners, and vendors.Partner with the HR on employer branding initiatives to support recruitment and employee retention.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, leads, etc.Present regular reports on marketing performance to management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field5-7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in real estate or property management.Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs.Excellent project management and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams and budgets.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.We offer an excellent benefits package, including comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with a company match, Vacation/Sick/Personal days and Paid Company Holidays.Meridia, Capodagli Property Company is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity.
