In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, responsible for fostering a vibrant community of customers and advocates. You will engage with our audience across various platforms, create compelling content, and cultivate relationships that drive brand loyalty. This is a managerial position and will have 2 subordinates reporting to them.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Curation:? Develop and execute engaging content strategies that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand values.? Create and curate high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and community updates.Community Engagement:? Foster and grow an active, engaged community across social media platforms, forums, and other relevant channels.? Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments with a professional and personable approach.? Initiate and manage conversations to keep the community vibrant and interactive.Brand Advocacy:? Cultivate relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and loyal customers to drive brand awareness and loyalty.? Implement programs and campaigns to encourage user-generated content and positive word-of-mouth.Analytics & Reporting:? Track and analyze community engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of community initiatives.? Provide regular reports and insights on community trends, feedback, and opportunities for improvement.Collaboration:? Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to align community strategies with overall business goals.? Collaborate on promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to maximize community involvement.Event Planning:? Organize and manage online and offline community events, such as webinars, giveaways, and meet-ups, to enhance community engagement and brand presence.Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.? 5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.? Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.? Proficient in content creation and familiar with social media tools.?
