Sr Preconstruction Manager

This leader will work closely with Project Executives and Estimators to develop detailed preconstruction strategies, overseeing scheduling, logistics, and procedural guidelines to support seamless execution. Leading and mentoring a team of 5-6 estimators, the Senior Preconstruction Manager will guide all aspects of estimating, buyouts, and ensure team growth and development.Key Responsibilities:Preconstruction Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement detailed schedules, logistics, and field procedures.Estimating Team Leadership: Lead a team of 5-6 estimators, overseeing their work on estimates and buyouts while fostering team growth.Field Staff Mentorship: Mentor and train Assistant and Area Superintendents, ensuring adherence to high standards.Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive estimate checks for accuracy and alignment with project goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact with internal departments and clients to maintain clear communication across all phases.Vendor & Market Relationship Management: Build and manage subcontractor relationships and monitor market trends to inform project strategy.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)10-15 years in Construction Management, with expertise in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and P6.Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skillsProficiency in construction documentation, drawings, and subcontractor managementThis is a unique opportunity to join a respected company with a legacy of quality and innovation, and to make a lasting impact on high-profile projects as a Senior Preconstruction Manager.
