In this role, you'll play a vital role in our talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment of top technical talent for our company.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needsSource and identify qualified candidates using various online and offline resourcesScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviewsSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidatesManage the recruitment process efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processParticipate in recruiting events and build relationships within the tech communityThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and desires a career path in sales.
