Our client, a leading alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider in the U.S., is seeking a Case Manager to join their Commercial Department. Reporting directly to the General Counsel and VP of Commercial, this role is vital to managing and administering commercial mediation and arbitration cases.Position Summary: The Case Manager will oversee the administration of commercial disputes submitted for mediation or arbitration, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process. This role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, the Case Manager will work to expand relationships within client organizations, with a focus on client satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage all phases of case administration for claims submitted for arbitration and/or mediation, from initiation through resolution.Apply relevant rules, protocols, and processes for case administration.Coordinate schedules and deadlines; communicate with involved parties, including clients, counsel, and neutrals (mediators and arbitrators); monitor case progress and follow up as needed.Support recruitment and vetting of neutrals across the U.S. and internationally.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement ADR programs and new business initiatives, including preparing materials and responding to service inquiries.Assist the Accounting/Finance team with case invoicing, payment processing, and vetting invoices from neutrals.Maintain strong communication with clients, neutrals, and counsel to ensure high standards of service and smooth case management.Track and follow up on payments, invoices, and retainers.Skills and Requirements:Strong organizational and time management abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Education: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate.Experience: 3-4 years in the legal industry (litigation preferred), ADR industry, or judicial system.Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
