Employment law appearance and deposition lawyer

El-Hag & Associates PC is a NYC Metro-based law firm focusing on Plaintiff employment litigation. We are seeking an experienced attorney to handle our court appearances, to defend & take depositions as needed. There is steady work, and this can evolve into full-time work if you are interested. More work is available, but the primary need is for someone to handle the court appearances in NYS and Federal Court in NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. We pay a flat fee per appearance & deposition but base the fee on reasonable expectations of hours worked and an hourly rate of $100, which would equate to $200,000 per year based on a 40-hour workweek. ResponsibilitiesCourt appearances, depositions (defending & conducting). QualificationsSignificant experience in taking depositions and handling court hearings & conferences. Experience arguing motions, trials, etc., is preferred.
