AAVRANI products are available on , (US & Canada), and Amazon.Job Description:The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager is a creative, analytical, and forward-thinking leader to spearhead AAVRANI's digital marketing efforts and guide the brand into its next phase of growth. This person is responsible for driving e-commerce sales, consumer engagement and profitable growth through digital marketing initiatives across all consumer channels. This role requires a background in the beauty industry and a passion for a start-up environment, along with a proven track record in digital marketing and e-commerce. This marketing leader will collaborate with the in-house team, manage external agency partners and oversee AAVRANI's digital presence, across all e-commerce, website merchandising, and creative content.Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, strategies to drive traffic, recruit new customers to the brand, covering website/mobile, SEO/SEM, content strategy, email/SMS, and paid media channels.Create and manage online marketing and promotional calendar to drive sales, increase conversion and meet goals, implementing customer acquisition, retention and loyalty program initiatives.Lead the implementation of these strategies, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and optimal performance across all platforms.Collaborate with and oversee external agencies responsible for paid media, email marketing (via Klaviyo), and analytics, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.Closely collaborate with social and Influencer marketing to align strategies, leverage data insights, and optimize owned, paid and earned initiatives for an integrated user experience. E-commerce & Website Management:Manage day-to day operations (including 3rdparty site partners) while optimizing the site, including campaign and product activations, conversion rate optimization, SEO, site functionality, navigation and overall user experience.Utilize Shopify and Google analytics to track performance metrics, manage products and collections, and enhance the online shopping experience.Provide strategic oversight for email and SMS marketing, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with brand strategy and objectives.Manage a sales goal and budgets.Collaborate with Operations and Fulfillment to ensure DTC inventory needs are met.Oversee execution of product launches and brand updates, ensuring best practices are implemented and customers have a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making:Track and analyze KPIs across digital channels (website, CRM, email, paid media) with an ability to turn insights into performance-driving actions.Generate reports and weekly dashboards to measure performance and ROI against financial goals.Leverage website metrics, customer insights, and merchandising data to recommend and implement improvements to campaigns, conversion rates, website experience, and customer loyalty.Stay current with e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends, adapting strategies to capitalize on these trends. Content Creation, Social and Paid Media:Lead the development of engaging content/copy for all digital platforms, including paid media and s, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.Develop briefs and manage creative process, assuring that content on site and on s align with brand identity guidelines and business objectives.Collaborate with social and Influencer marketing to build the site's affiliate marketing program to enhance brand visibility, credibility and engagement.Collaborate with social media manager in creating and executing new initiatives to drive our site and social presence, consumer engagement and brand loyalty.Collaborate with GM to co-manage media agencies, overseeing budgets, approving ad spend and prioritizing strategies that optimize performance and maximize ROI.Customer Engagement & Satisfaction:Ensure a positive customer experience across all digital platforms, managing customer service and engagement strategies.Maintain brand consistency in all customer communications, fostering a strong connection with our audience.Team Management & Development:Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand, product, and promotional strategies, new product launches, and storytelling.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty industry.Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization. Strong proficiency in Shopify Plus, Google, Klaviyo, Microsoft Office, Google, Meta, Canva, etc. Strong analytical skills, with experience in using Google Analytics and other retail analytics systems.Experience with e-commerce technologies, including merchandising tools, A/B testing, and Shopify plugins. Proven track record in managing agencies, collaborating with marketing and product teams and driving successful digital campaigns.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.Interest in launching and growing TikTok Shop and researching new ways to advance.Compensation:Base salary Health insurance401KHolidays + flexible PTOHybrid work scheduleCredits for ongoing education
