HYBRID Tax Supervisor or Manager

Tax Supervisor/ ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Supervisor/ Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of tax regulations and experience in public accounting, providing exceptional tax services to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to lead tax preparation and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients while mentoring junior staff and enhancing your professional expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review complex individual (1040), corporate (1120, 1120S), and partnership (1065) tax returns.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and reporting requirements.Identify and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.Assist in managing and training junior tax staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Handle client inquiries regarding tax-related issues and provide excellent client service.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and offer informed advice.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree preferred.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is strongly preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.BenefitsSalary: $100K- $160K/ yr DOEMedical/ Dental/ Vision InsuranceLife/ AD&D/ Short & Long term disabilityPTO: Vacation/ Sick time/ HolidaysHSA/ FSA401(k) with company matchFriday's off in the summerHybrid schedule (flexible hours) Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
