Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Hybrid role in Merrimack, NH. Join our energetic and collaborative team as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a key role in expanding our client's product line. You'll work closely with developers, leaders, and partners to modernize our technology and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include designing high-quality software applications, analyzing business and technical processes, identifying system interfaces, and documenting workflows. Additionally, you'll reverse-engineer applications to develop precise technical specifications.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with developers, product leaders, operations, and business partners to modernize technology landscapes and improve operational efficiency• Design sophisticated software applications that align with organizational standards• Analyze and document current and new business and technical processes, system interfaces, and dependencies• Reverse-engineer existing and new applications to develop clear technical specifications• Define test cases and ensure acceptance criteria match real business valueKey Technical Skills:• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst• Proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries• Experience with API integration and working with vendors on API integration• Experience with user interfaces (UIs)• Familiarity with REST API technologies, JSON, and tools like Postman/Insomnia• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWSSoft Skills:• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities• Problem-solving and analytical thinking• Ability to influence and drive outcomes effectivelyJob Location:• Merrimack NH (Hybrid)
