Senior Billing Specialist

A prestigious Global Top 50 law firm is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join their Revenue Management Department in New York, NY (fully remote for senior level experience). Must be local or within commutable distance to New York, NY.Key Responsibilities:Processes client bills using Pre-bill Viewer and Aderant software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Submits electronic client invoices and accruals through various e-billing platforms utilizing EHub/Bill Blast.Researches and addresses accounting and billing inquiries effectively.Reviews and edits pre-bills in collaboration with attorneys and legal support specialists to meet their specifications.Manages a high volume of complex billing tasks with precision.Verifies the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required.Candidate Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of legal billing experience, preferably within an Am Law 100 firm.Experience with Aderant software, Concur, Pre-bill Viewer, and E-billing Hub or Bill Blast is required.This opportunity allows for significant contributions within a leading law firm, where expertise in billing processes is essential.
