Junior Talent Acquisition and Immigration Specialist

We are seeking candidates who can commute to Waltham occasionally, as needed. Most days, however, this role allows for Remote (WFH).We are seeking an 2-7 years of experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring efforts and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you will partner with hiring teams and Talent Partners to provide dedicated interview support, manage candidate communications, Key Responsibilities:Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless interview experienceMust have experience in background checks, Immigration, ATS, ADP, Workdayoffer letter generation, and onboarding activitiesCollaborate with the team to enhance HR processes, especially in the use of HR techSupport Talent Acquisition and People Operations with additional strategic projects
