Executive Assistant to CEO - Software Start Up

BURKE+CO.THE GIST:Our client, a hyper-growth software start up, seeks an expert Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role will streamline the CEO's day to day with a great sense of efficiency & kindness. The ideal candidate loves being an EA and has experience supporting a c-level executive or founder in tech - SaaS experience a plus!This is an amazing opportunity to join a warm, close knit team as they reach the next level!THE NITTY GRITTY:Expertly prioritize CEO's time, manage calendar, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflictsRespond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalismCoordinate travel and prepare itinerariesAssist with some personal needs (pick up dry cleaning, purchase birthday gifts, book personal appointments & reservations, etc.) 10%Plan company events, offsites, and meetingsAttend meetings and calls to ensure execution of action-items & follow upsProcess expensesAssist with various tasks and projects, as neededTHE ESSENTIALS:6+ years of experience as an Executive AssistantExperience supporting a c-level executive in tech highly preferredSaaS experience a plus!Responsive nature and ability to work outside normal business hours as neededKind, collaborative approach to working within an organizationClear & concise communication styleA+ organization skillsSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environmentFlexible personality, able to shift and adjust based on the situationTHE CHERRY ON TOP:Opportunity to join a company during their exciting upwards trajectory!Join a team that lives their values and genuinely enjoys working togetherLOCATION: New York City - Flatiron District (Onsite)COMPENSATION: $110k - 150k base salary + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)What are you waiting for?
