This is a full-time, permanent position, joining a large industrial manufacturing company that is a client of Next Level Partners. The role: The Master Scheduler drives results in a fast-paced environment creating and maintaining the master production schedule (MPS) coordinating schedules and inventories to ensure efficient and effective operations. The Master Scheduler is responsible for designing, maintaining, and reporting key performance metrics (KPIs) for scheduling, execution, and capacity, as well as coordinating associated readiness activities. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, this position fosters information exchange to manage KPIs, report outputs, and resolve issues promptly. The role demands superior leadership behaviors and a strong focus on ensuring manufacturing readiness throughout all stages of production planning.The location: Manchester, New HampshireRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field required.Minimum of ten(10) years ofexperience with ademonstrated track-record ofbuilding a materials planning process.Experience directly managing and successfully developing a team of high performing planners.APICS certification is highly preferred. High volume, complex environment preferred. Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder.
