The ideal candidate will be humble, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of work quality.This role involves working across multiple properties as part of a large team, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities, from high-level projects to day-to-day operational tasks.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting with heavy inventory project work, requiring meticulous attention to detailSupporting team members across multiple properties, fostering a collaborative work environmentAdapting to rapid organizational growth and associated challengesMaintaining high levels of communication within the team and with external stakeholdersPrioritizing and managing a diverse workload with constantly changing daily tasksOccasional on-site presence at residential properties as neededProactively identifying areas for improvement while being open to guidance and instructionParticipating in training sessions and contributing to process improvementsSupporting inventory management initiativesAssisting with various administrative tasks as assignedAdditional Information:Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM5 days in-person at our Upper West Side officeFlexible weekend availability as neededSome travel required to other New York propertiesComprehensive health benefits package
