Sales Engineer: Building Automation Systems Full-Time Hybrid Position in Boston, MA Area We're seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. This role combines your technical expertise and sales skills, working closely with project development, engineering, and installation teams to drive building automation system sales opportunities. You'll cultivate lasting customer relationships and contribute to effective control project design.Responsibilities:Manage and grow your territory, identifying opportunities and managing accounts.Lead bid preparation and customer negotiations, ensuring seamless communication.Understand clients' technical and financial needs, providing customized solutions.Forecast and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.Develop expertise in utility incentive programs to maximize customer benefits..Conduct site assessments, recommending retrofits and upgrades to existing systems.Generate high sales activity to fulfill and manage the pipeline from lead generation to closing.Qualifications:Knowledge of the construction/ HVAC industry, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, and other building HVAC, building automation systems, and related subsystems.Basic grasp of mechanical HVAC/ plumbing building systems.Strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.Ability to read project specifications and blueprints.Thrive in a fast-paced energy services setting.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2-3 years' successful sales in HVAC/building automation.Proficiency in business tools.Full-time availability.Valid driver's license for local travel.Join us in shaping the future of building automation sales with out successful client.
