Job Title: Marketing ManagerTerm: Fulltime, PermanentPay Range: $100,000-140,000Location: We are looking for a Marketing Manager in Pasadena, CA OR New YorkJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Marketing manager with a deep understanding of sneaker culture, community engagement, influencer marketing, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate should be highly knowledgeable about e-commerce trends and have experience driving brand presence in the sneaker and lifestyle sectors. This role will involve managing social media campaigns, cultivating relationships with influencers and communities, and creating strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.Responsibilities:Community Platform Management: Manage the company's community platforms in the U.S. market, including but not limited to Discord, Reddit, Facebook Group, Instagram Group, etc. Ensure healthy growth, increased user engagement, and consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Community Content Planning & Engagement: Plan community activities, discussion topics, and interactive content based on trends in sneaker culture and fashion communities. Stimulate participation and enhance brand recognition.Community Marketing Strategy: Develop marketing strategies for different community platforms, utilizing platform-specific characteristics and user behaviors to increase brand exposure and influence, while driving efficient conversions.Growth & Conversion: Implement various community marketing tactics (e.g., viral campaigns, events, reward mechanisms) to foster community user growth, improve retention rates, and focus on conversion efficiency to achieve business goals.KOL & Influencer Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the sneaker, fashion, and streetwear communities, leveraging their influence to enhance brand exposure and trust.Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, marketing, and design teams to ensure community content aligns with the overall brand strategy and optimizes the user experience.Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze community platform data, track user engagement, growth rates, and conversion rates. Continuously optimize community strategies based on feedback to enhance marketing efficiency.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in community management or community marketing, with familiarity in the U.S. market and platform operations.Proven success in driving community growth and conversions, with the ability to provide specific examples of user growth, engagement, and conversion rate improvements.Familiar with sneaker culture and streetwear fashion communities, with a deep understanding of their dynamics and user behaviors.Extensive experience in community marketing, capable of effectively planning and executing community events to drive user growth and conversions.Proficient in managing platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook Group, Instagram Group, with a clear understanding of growth mechanisms and user behaviors on each platform.Excellent content planning and engagement skills, with the ability to create engaging and platform-specific content.Strong data analysis skills to optimize community strategies through insights from user data.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working efficiently across departments to drive project success.Strong English communication skills; bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
