Job SummaryOur client is an established kitchen and bath design company. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in store sales presentations and assisting with designing clients dream bathrooms/kitchens.Salary: Our client offers $25-$28 per hour, plus a 6-10% sliding commission scaled based on gross profit, $80K-$100K overall in your first full year, full benefits, 401k, Retirement cash account, PTO and room for growth.As a Store Design and Sales Consultant, your specific duties will include but are not limited to:Providing a high level of customer service Drive sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and GM Follow up on leads and generate new business Manage customers and sales from beginning to end of project Be motivated, detailed, highly organized and capable of working in a team-selling and service minded environmentAll Interested Applicants Must PossessUndergraduate/trade/design school education preferred, or equivalent experience required.
