View our portfolio and services on and Marketing Manager.We are looking for an experienced and innovative Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This unique role combines sales and marketing responsibilities, requiring a professional who can independently plan and execute strategies to attract clients in the competitive New York renovation market. You will work directly with the CEO to develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, social media, networking events, and more. You will propose and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and you will provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, ROI, and market feedback to CEO.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution:Craft and implement strategic sales plans targeting potential clients in the market within our licensed areas.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach.Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, real estate agents, and other key industry stakeholders.Prepare customized proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.Lead negotiations to secure contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.Set sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals.Marketing Strategy and Execution:Develop and manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing to increase online visibility and lead generation.Create and curate engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels to reach our ideal client demographic.Oversee website updates and improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.Update and create marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and portfolios showcasing our work to support sales efforts.Identify and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent 2MO Studio and expand our professional network.Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's brand identity and values.Qualifications:Required:At least, a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of combined sales and marketing experience in the construction, renovation, or related industry within the New York City market.Self-starter who can work independently without the support of a sales or marketing team.In-depth understanding of the renovation and construction industry, including client acquisition channels, industry regulations, and market dynamics in the NYC area.Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that led to significant revenue growth.Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Preferred:Established connections with architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, and other potential referral sources in the NYC area.Familiarity with CRM systems (), marketing automation tools, and analytics software.Ability to design or oversee the creation of marketing materials.Why You'll Love this Job.Workplace flexibility.
