POSITION TITLE: Product Lifecycle CoordinatorPOSITION PURPOSE:Acts as liaison to manage all facets of the life cycle of product while effectively communicating with the cross-functional partners. Which includes Wholesale Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Retail Buying, and Production through daily follow-ups. Coordinates all stages of the US Wholesale order management. Such as, but not limited to market-related sample check-in, showroom setup, compiling customer orders, and supply chain updates. Owns inventory process from start to finish. Owning the maintenance/tracking of source orders, shipments, and inventory for multiple divisions with capacity to oversee procedures simultaneously.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:DAY-TO-DAY RESPSONSIBILITIES Proactively coordinates requests with sales, merchandising, product development, and production teams including but not limited to costing, ship dates, delivery updates, and inventory arrival while analyzing and processing to challenge when required. Communicates and acts upon changes, cancelations, problem alerts, new offerings, and relevant order information to sales team in a timely manner while maintaining assortment sheets with proper updates. Partners with sales team to manage and maintain the seasonal samples throughout the showroom.DELIVERY TRACKING Monitors primary tracker on a weekly basis to determine if there are any forecasted supply chain issues and propose to sales team best resolutions for each situation. Communicates with sales team updates from production on any issues that impact accounts.MARKET-RELATED Manages market preparation for the wholesale showroom such as sample coordination, set-up, creating seasonal assortment sheets, and communicating and adhering to deadlines. Works closely with sales team throughout total seasonal buy process including reviewing buys to confirm accuracy and ensures all calendar deadlines are met.OTS, RE-ORDERS Works closely with various internal buying channels to coordinate on late adds, re-orders, off-price opportunities. Reconciles open-to-sell inventory with sales team while also reviewing for style coding.EDUCATION: High SchoolYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
