Job Title: Compliance Analyst/Data AnalystLocation: Northborough MADuration: 6 MonthsNote: Interview would be onsiteJob PurposeThe Drug and Alcohol Compliance Analyst is part of the New England Absence Management team and assists in the management of Client's Drug and Alcohol program. Provide analytical support for, and coordination of Client's drug and alcohol programs.Key Accountabilities and DutiesResponsible for oversight of Client SA and PHMSA contractor drug and alcohol programManage internal compliance reportsAct as a liaison with Client's third party vendors that oversee Client SA and PHMSA contractor drug and alcohol compliance as well as collection site monitoringDevelop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to share best practices and provide guidance related to contractor drug and alcohol programsDrug and alcohol training support & developmentAttend and present at Absence Management meeting for managers and supervisors across the RegionQualifications (in addition to Pontoon listing)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective stakeholder management skillsAbility to make timely and effective decisionsDemonstrated proficiency in applicable information systemsExcellent computer and data analysis skills (Microsoft Office suite)Working knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations (Client SA and PHMSA) preferred
