It designs, manufactures, distributes and retails fashion and lifestyle products including apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, jewelry, home interiors, fragrances and cosmetics under a range of brand names: Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, and Armani Exchange.Description of Responsibilities & Critical DutiesAssist Media Team in Developing and Executing Media PlansSupport the Media Manager in executing 360-degree media plans across print, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) channels, ensuring campaigns are positioned effectively to drive brand awareness and sales across the Americas.Coordinate with HQ and Local Teams on Digital & Social Media ExecutionWork closely with Milan HQ and local teams to help implement digital and social media strategies. This includes assisting with content strategy development, local promotional campaigns, online marketing efforts, and seasonal media plans for both national and local/regional markets.Act as Media Liaison with External PartnersServe as a key point of contact for media vendors and marketing partners. Manage logistics, insertion orders (IOs), billing/invoices, asset delivery, and creative rotations for print, digital, and national media campaigns, while collaborating with internal teams and Milan.Monitor and Analyze Campaign PerformanceTrack and report on media campaign metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Assist in evaluating cost, ROI, and effectiveness to help optimize ongoing strategies.Support Research and Strategy OptimizationAssist in conducting competitive research, identifying best practices, and monitoring industry trends to inform media strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to improve audience targeting, messaging, and overall campaign performance.Explore New Digital Opportunities and PartnersSupport the identification of new strategic partners to drive digital innovation and enhance the overall media strategy, ensuring best practices are applied across all touchpoints.Assist with Media Reporting: Collaborate with external media agency to gather and analyze relevant data, including audience insights, competitive information, and performance forecasts, using various media tools and resources. Support in the creation of performance reports to present to key stakeholders.Perform Other Related DutiesProvide additional support and assistance as required, including managing ad-hoc media tasks, internal communications, and other media-related responsibilities as directed.Background/ExperienceBachelor's DegreeMinimum 1-2 years of proven working experience in Media, experience with a luxury fashion brand a plusUnderstanding of Traditional and Digital media landscapeDigital and social analytics tools knowledgeStrong communications skills both verbal and writtenExcellent follow-through practicesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groupsStrong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments with a strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and demonstrate flexibilityStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (ie; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines.The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $25-$30 per hour based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
